Jessica, a manager at D'Arcangelo & Co., LLP, works primarily out of our Syracuse office. She is an experienced tax accountant with concentration on federal and state income tax compliance and consultation. She serves a variety of clients, including corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Her areas of concentration include:
